Check-in and check-out
Please be advised that check-in time is from 15:00 and check-out is until 11:00. However, we are happy to be flexible in our schedulles in case there is availability.
Stay duration
Minimum stay is 3 days and maximum stay is 3 months.
Children
Children until the age of 2 are free of charge. They should not be included in the total number of guests in the booking tool. Let us know about them in the "Message to the host" section of the booking tool, or via email to contactus@mesoatlantichomes.com.
Cots and extra beds
There are no extra beds.

Cancellation
Full refund for cancellations made up to 30 days before check-in. If booked less than 30 days before check-in, full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in. After that, 50% refund up to 7 days before check-in. After that, refunds will not be issued.
How to cancel: send an email to contactus@mesoatlantichomes.com to request the cancellation of your reservation mentioning the details contained in it.
Payment
100% prepayment of the reservation total upon confirmation.
We accept payments by Paypal, credit card (Stripe) or bank transfer.
In case of bank transfer option, the proof must be sent to the following email: contactus@mesoatlantichomes.com.
