This house has been completely rebuilt, where the modernity and comfort of the newly rebuilt area, merges in full harmony with the typical facade of the neighborhood where it is located, which is over 50 years old. Terreiro Ocean House is located in the Terreiro neighborhood, in São Roque, known for its unique construction houses, with a significant identity image. The Terreiro neighborhood was built more than fifty years ago, whose characteristics of the facades have been maintained until the present.
The house communicates with a pedestrian and cycle path in front of the sea, which ends in the marina of Ponta Delgada. A few meters away are two viewpoints, with a privileged view over the São Roque's islet, as well as the bathing area of Forno de Cal.
